How it works

4 or 6-week Mindfulness for  Wellbeing & Mindfulness for Stress Reduction course

  • 2 hour Introduction Session
  • 90 min or 2 hour  weekly group session
  • Evidence informed approach based incorporating the latest research findings
  • 50% taught material & 50% experiential
  • Teaches a combination of formal mindfulness practices along with informal at your desk practical techniques
  • MP3 guided meditations for home practice (15-20 mins)
  • Psychological Summary each week with exercises & further reading including latest neuroscience and psychological research around Mindfulness
