  • Learn how to create a compelling case for why you are the ideal candidate

Step 3: The ‘New Role Success’ Module

In this module you will:

  • Identify 2 key areas of strength to leverage
  • Identify 1 key area of leadership growth that will benefit your new role
  • Identify and enlist Leadership Growth Support Partners

Prepare for and/or begin your new role with clarity and confidence in your strengths and with Support Partners for growing into your new role.
