The Live Online 8 week MBSR course is run exactly the same way as an in-person course. Instead of travelling to an external location once a week however, we connect through the Zoom conference system for 2.5 hours once a week (Group Courses) or 90 mins a week (1:1 Courses) over a period of 8 weeks.
Each session combines practices guided by the teacher, facilitated discussion and teaching on the underlying principles and attitudes of Mindfulness.
I am a qualified Mindfulness at Work (WorkplaceMT) Trainer and and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher. I am also hold a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy.
