  • Recruitment Partner:  Contingency (no hire/no fee basis).  Recommended for some new clients and for mid-level roles.  My Client receives an executive-search style methodology but only pays on successful hire. A fully collaborative way of working together is of key importance to my success, the success of the campaign and to my client’s success and I work with clients as a trusted business partner.
  • Executive Search Partner:  Recommended for Board level roles and for clients who have already used us to successfully recruit under the Recruitment Partner arrangement and now see the value to using us exclusively and working in full partnership on their senior hires.   Included in this fee is our “First 100 days” Executive Coaching package where the placed candidate receives free executive coaching to help them settle in the role and get to optimum performance levels  as quickly as possible.  The coach to be selected in agreement with the candidate.   (This service is also available for some Senior Hires made under the Recruitment Partner agreement, subject to agreement).
