My tailored Mindfulness for Leaders courses are informed by my experience of working with Senior Executives and Business Owners as a Coach & Mindfulness Trainer, as well as my Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teaching and Workplace Mindfulness Training (WorkplaceMT).  WorkplaceMT is an evidence informed approach to teaching mindfulness specifically developed for the workplace which originated at the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre and is the product of three years of development of mindfulness training for the workplace.

I also incorporate tools and techniques from the latest practices and training around Mindful Leadership & Compassionate Leadership in the commercial sector.

This course is for Leaders and Senior Executives who would like to:

  • Make better decisions
  • Cultivate Leadership “presence” and the ability to positively influence others
  • Understand how to get the best out of themselves and their employees
  • Improve their Emotional Intelligence (EI)
  • Become more resilient and balanced in the face of rapid change and challenge both inside and outside the workplace
  • Become more skillful at resolving conflict
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Understand more about how their minds work and the effect this has on their own behaviour and the behaviour of others

How it works

I meet with you in person to give you a 1 hour Introduction to Mindfulness Session.

We then agree a format and time plan for the course (usually weekly sessions for 6 or 8 weeks).

The course is delivered in person at your offices and includes

  • 50% taught material & 50% experiential
  • MP3 guided meditations for home practice (15-20 mins a day)
  • Participants Handbook for further reading including latest neuroscience and psychological research around Mindfulness
