How it works

8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

  • 90 min weekly group session
  • 50% taught material & 50% experiential
  • MP3 guided meditations for home practice (15-20 mins a day)
  • Participants Handbook for further reading including latest neuroscience and psychological research around Mindfulness

6-week Mindfulness for Productivity & Wellbeing course

  • 60 or 90 minute weekly group session
  • Evidence informed approach based incorporating the latest research findings
  • 50% taught material & 50% experiential
  • Teaches a combination of formal mindfulness practices along with informal at your desk practical techniques
  • MP3 guided meditations for home practice (15-20 mins a day)
  • Participant Handbook with exercises & further reading including latest neuroscience and psychological research around Mindfulness
