Perhaps it seems like there are too many ways they could go and they need to create some clarity and and prioritise what they need to achieve first. And perhaps they are procrastinating or feeling held back by something which they can’t quite identify for themselves……

Executive Coaching - how it works

Sessions can be tailored to meet your needs. Usually they take the form of a coaching package which includes:

  •  An introductory session at which your issues and needs are identified
  • Coaching sessions of 60 or 90 minutes each, spaced to suit you

  • An evaluation of success against identified goals.
