I am also a highly experienced Executive Search Consultant and Recruiter. Having worked in and for the digital industry for over 10 years and with the advertising and marketing industry for over 20 years, I fully understand the particular pressures and faced by my clients during this time of rapid technological change, economic challenge and the need for innovative and more collaborative ways of working.
