A brief bio
I’ve been a headhunter and recruiter for the Advertising and Marketing Industry for over 20 years . I started my career in the heady days of the Database Marketing & Direct Marketing industry’s explosive growth and my interest in all things digital led me to develop my strong candidate and client network in Digital & Mobile Marketing. In the past few years I’ve successfully recruited for some of the biggest Agency networks on the planet, Online and Mobile Gaming companies in the UK and Gibraltar, an International Retail Media company and one of Europe’s leading Telecomms companies as well as for a variety of up-and-coming start-ups and SME’s.
In addition to my experience as a Recruitment Consultant, I also have a Diploma in Coaching and have successfully coached a number of Business Leaders, Managers and Entrepreneurs, helping them to reach their full career potential.
Completing an MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Course in 2013 was a life-changing experience for me, and in 2015 I I successfully completed Level 2 Teacher Training (TTR2) in Mindfulness Meditation (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – MBSR) at the Mindful Academy in 2015. In addition I am trained with The Mindfulness Exchange (TME) to deliver their 6-week MWorkplaceMT Course. I now teach Mindfulness Workshops & Courses to businesses in Brighton and London.

I worked on Wall Street in the 80’s, and spent 5 years living up a mountain in rural Andalucia in Spain, project managing local Spanish builders to build and renovate properties and then working as an Account Director for Andalucia.com, Southern Spain’s leading information portal. I also had a clothes shop in Madrid. It didn’t last long (how were we to know Zara was just about to launch?!) but boy, it was fun! I am now back where I was brought up – in West Sussex – and very happy to be living just a few hundred metres from beautiful Shoreham Beach.
